Seating Preference Parameters: While our concierges submit group seating preferences to the airlines, specific seat assignments cannot be guaranteed in advance. Bulkhead and emergency exit rows cannot be assigned before travel; they are managed directly by airport gate agents on the departure date on a first-come, first-served basis.

Extension Fee Structure
Approved extensions incur a base administration surcharge of £100.00 per person, plus any real-time differences in commercial fare classes.

Passport Readiness & Quality Guidelines
Your physical passport is your gateway to Europe. Verify the exact requirements below with your booklet in hand.
Scans must be uploaded to your secure profile before Friday, 2 April 2027.
Validity Window: Passports must be valid for at least six months after your scheduled return to the United Kingdom (minimum validity until 27 November 2027).

Blank Pages: Ensure your passport booklet contains at least two fully blank pages for EU border authority stamps.
Physical Condition: Your document must be in excellent physical condition. Torn pages, loose laminate, or water damage will result in immediate rejection by border control officials at London hubs or Lisbon immigration.
Renewals: If you require an immediate renewal, please apply via the HM Passport Office urgent digital service immediately to prevent flight ticketing delays. Dual-passport holders or foreign nationals residing in the UK must ensure their biometric residence permits (BRP) or settled-status digital shares are up to date.

Consular Compliance Pathway
Because this program departs from the UK, entry requirements vary based on the passport you hold. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your travel clearance is secured well before departure.
For British Passport Holders (ETIAS Registration)
British citizens travelling to Portugal for a short-term incentive stay do not require a traditional paper or sticker visa.
You will be required to hold a valid ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorisation System) link before boarding. This is a quick online registration linked digitally to your passport. Symbiometry will send a direct tracking link and guide you through the process as the departure window opens.
For Non-UK / Visa-Required Nationalities Residing in the United Kingdom
If you hold a passport that requires a Schengen Visa for entry into the European Union, you must apply for a short-stay Schengen Visa (Type C) before departure.
Consular Application Centre: Applications must be submitted in person at the VFS Global Visa Application Centre for Portugal in London (located at Alpine House, 210H Harp Business Park, London NW9 0AQ).
Symbiometry Concierge Support: Symbiometry will secure your appointment block and compile your required corporate travel documents, including your confirmed return flight tickets, multi-day group itinerary, luxury hotel vouchers, and a Corporate Sponsorship Letter confirming that [Corporate Client Name]is covering 100% of your hospitality, meals, and travel costs.
